Our Core Values
"JORAKAY DNA"

Diligence is the first thing I would like to pass on to everyone. If all of us perform our duties with diligence, “happiness” will follow.
Diligence means giving one hundred percent of your time to the company, diligently seeking knowledge for the company and for yourself at all times. Do not keep thinking that the knowledge we already have is the best, because the world and competitors change rapidly every day. We must be diligent, keep up with them, and be determined to do better (Total Commitments).
We must be diligent and determined to keep up with the changes in the world and among competitors, do better, and devote time to studying, gaining knowledge, increasing experience, and finding good things for ourselves.
As the philosophy teaches, “Know the enemy, know yourself; fight a hundred battles, win a hundred victories,” so that in the end we can overcome both our competitors and ourselves.
Having “honesty” toward the company, toward co-workers, and toward supervisors means that a person adheres to his or her word and does not conceal his or her own mistakes. Do not promise to do something and then fail to do it, because one’s words are extremely important. Therefore, we must uphold every word we speak through our actions, which must be consistent with our words. Honesty enables us to work with others without problems, because honesty makes other people trust and have confidence in us.
Do not work day by day without a goal. Do not keep postponing decisions (Procrastination). Otherwise, it means that we are not moving anywhere at all, or that we remain at the same zero as before. Therefore, the start date and the end date (Timeline) must be determined.
The decision-making process has only 2 steps:
- Find what the problem is.
- See what the truth is, and have the courage to make a decision.
“There is only one truth.”
Make your co-workers think:
“This person is capable and trustworthy.”
(Trust and believe)
If you can make decisions and work effectively, the work will be successful, there will be happiness at the workplace, and you will also be able to bring that happiness back to share with your family at home.
“Love the company” means …
Working with your heart and giving one hundred percent of your time to the company (Total Commitments), having a spirit in working (Spirit), keeping the company’s secrets, and not speaking or thinking in a way that harms the company. During working hours, separate your own matters from work. Do not bring personal matters into work. Work as if it were your own company. When having to fight with competitors, fight until the last minute. And lastly, follow the company’s rules (DNA). (But if you see that something is still not correct and not reasonable, then propose it to your supervisor.)
Because when the company performs well (according to the details of DNA No. 5), your income and your job position will continue to improve. But this can happen only when you possess all 6 JORAKAY DNA principles.
Create an appropriate balance between family life and the company (in order to achieve DNA No. 5). As a guideline for practice, if one has not yet achieved DNA No. 5, the company must come first. Unless there is a real necessity, only then is it acceptable for the family to come first.
When the company progresses, all of us will progress and move closer to sustainable happiness together.
Every person and every team is important to the company, whether it is the marketing team, sales team, production team, delivery team, collection team, human resources team, or accounting team. None of them can be missing.
When working or attending meetings, I would like everyone to keep an open mind, use information as the main basis, and dare to express themselves. Those who are leaders should be open to listening, because “differences in thinking do not mean they are wrong.” Do not be gullible, and do not hold resentment after work meetings. Use understanding and reason by (putting yourselves in other people’s shoes.) Each department consists of its own smaller teams. Do not instigate conflict or division among them. We must cooperate and work together in unity.
“A single bamboo stick is easy to break, but when bundled together, it is difficult to break.”
Should be punctual, not cause trouble for people in the team or make them wait, and be ready to listen to the opinions of co-workers and subordinates.
Think about things positively first (Optimistic) do not think negatively.
If you are in the sales department, you must regard customers as part of the team. Do not take advantage of customers and do not argue with customers (in order to achieve DNA No. 5).
“Good” means working well, which refers to achieving the goals that have been set. The performance must be better than last year and better than competitors in every aspect, including being better than oneself. In other words, productivity must be better than last year. Most importantly, we must ensure that those who receive our work or services are satisfied with the results (whether they are internal or external parties).
Innovation for Your Family’s Happiness
Creating new things for the happiness of you and your family.
We must create new things in products that help make people’s daily lives happier, and create new working methods that make our work more efficient and more effective (Efficiency and Effectiveness).
Of course, our happiness is also one of the many factors that will enable us to achieve both of those things.
Know what our job is.
Every position must be able to clearly and reasonably explain the work for which one is responsible. That is, a Job Description must be defined for every duty and responsibility.
When working, think of yourself as a “pro,” a “professional,” or practice “Professionalism.” This means planning with mindfulness and wisdom (Wisdom), and when taking action, you must stay down-to-earth, get involved yourself, not be finicky, and not remain in an ivory tower.
Do the right thing
right the first time.
DNA6 “Good” Be a good person within the bounds accepted by society.
Being a good person means following the law and complying with company rules. In some situations, however, there may be matters not covered by those rules, so one should adhere to moral principles. One should embody the image of Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Steve Jobs in a single person — meaning to be trustworthy, honest, polite, humble, modern, and always thinking creatively and innovating new things. Do not present the image of Cao Cao or Zhang Fei.
One must be a person of morality and free from bias. When we work, we should be able to explain our actions based on all six of these DNA principles without being ashamed before heaven and earth. And when you possess all six of these DNA principles, it is comparable to a guarantee that you will definitely never be dismissed from the company. (Self Protection)
Thinking must be guided by “Wisdom” — that is, thinking with mindfulness, intellect, intelligence, knowledge, and careful consideration. Every decision must be based on morality and compassion. Decisions must be made without bias and must not be driven by emotions or anger.
The Journey and Historic Milestones
After the humble start, being driven by innovation and technology, the company has grown aggressively since the second decade.
